Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Offerbound browser extension and the Offerbound Pro subscription. By using Offerbound you agree to them.

The service

Offerbound helps you fill out job applications, track them, and — with Offerbound Pro — use AI to import, tailor and write application materials. Offerbound never submits an application for you. You are responsible for reviewing everything Offerbound fills in or drafts before you submit it, and for the accuracy of what you send to employers.

AI-generated content

AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Offerbound is designed not to invent experience: tailored resumes are checked against your original, and unsupported changes are reverted. Even so, check every draft carefully. You must not use Offerbound to misrepresent your qualifications.

Offerbound Pro

  • Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time from Offerbound → Profile → Pro → Manage subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  • Pro includes a monthly allowance of AI credits that resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused credits do not roll over. We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect the service.
  • Your license key is for your personal use. Don't share or resell it. We may suspend licenses that are shared or abused.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next billing period.

Acceptable use

Don't use Offerbound to break the law or the terms of the job sites you use, to send spam or bulk automated applications, to interfere with the service, or to try to extract the underlying AI models or prompts.

Availability

We work to keep Offerbound running but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. AI features depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Offerbound is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed opportunities or job outcomes, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and notify Pro subscribers of material changes. You can stop using Offerbound at any time. We may end access for breach of these terms.
